Perform press ups, sumo squats and lateral lunges without going off the mat. The ample space and support provided by the mat means there are no limits to the stretches you can perform.
- EXTRA THICK FOR SUPPORT - Our mats are 10mm thick; this is 2.5x thicker than standard 4mm yoga mats. The thickness offers sufficient cushioning whilst still providing the much needed support during exercises. Say goodbye to sore joints and a sore back! We found the 10mm thickness to be the sweet spot for workouts.
- DOUBLE LAYERED TPE MATERIAL - We custom designed this double layered TPE material to provide athletes with the perfect combination of support and stability.
