• Thread Lock is a high-strength, oil-resistant, temperature resistant thread sealant, Maximum filling gap: 0.13 mm, operating Tem:-54~149℃, Destruction moment: High Strength greater than 20N·m, Medium Strength 18N·m, mainly used for sealing and fixing nuts, bolts, bearings, fasteners and screws threads.
• Medium strength, for locking and sealing of threads below M20; High strength, for permanent locking and sealing of threads up to M36; Threads above Dn65 need to be coated on both sides to isolate the air, otherwise the threadlocker may not cure.
• Use Steps: 1.Keep the surface clean, 2. Apply enough thread locker to the end of the screw, 3.After applying, tighten the nut to the locking agent position in 3 minutes, wait for 20 minutes for the initial curing, and 24 hours for complete curing. Note: 1. Do not mix with metal, oil and dirt.
