Our exceptionally non-stick, loose-based tin is just the thing for an 8 inch square of sticky gingerbread or lovely light sponge. Quality Made from 1mm thick carbon steel, thicker than many you can buy, it’s also got two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick so not a crumb will be left behind. Oven safe up to 240°C, it has no rolled edges where water can get trapped, so is safe to go in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. Performance Offering superb heat distribution for even bakes, the loose base means your cake is easy to release, and the large handles with sure-grip silicone inserts means you’ll have no trouble getting it safely in and out of the oven. It stacks neatly for storage with the deep cake tins from the range too. No rolled edges The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
