With loose bases and, more unusually, straight sides, our clever mini sandwich tin creates 12 perfectly formed miniature Victoria sponges, individual cheesecakes or banoffee pies. Quality To ensure its long-term durability, we’ve made this tin with 1mm thick carbon steel and given it two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick to make it easy to clean. And it can even go in the dishwasher because there are no rolled or uncoated edges for water to collect in. Generously sized handles with sure-grip silicone inserts make getting it in and out of the oven a breeze. No rolled edges The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
