The piece is of great durability and as the surface is very robust, it is also highly resistant to abrasions, deformations and corrosion. It diffuses heat evenly preventing body overheating and getting excellent cooking results. As for the handle, it is made of stainless steel with aluminium rivets that prevent heat transfer. Suitable for all hob types including induction.
