This saucepan is made of anodised aluminium. Thanks to the electrolytic treatment used in its manufacturing process, the aluminium is completely sealed and hardened so that it does not pass into food. Features a quantanium non-stick reinforced with titanium particles, free from toxic, heavy materials and pfoa free. The piece is of great durability and as the surface is very robust, it is also highly resistant to abrasion, deformation and corrosion. Spreads heat evenly avoiding overheating of the body and obtaining excellent cooking results. As for the handle, it is stainless steel with aluminum rivets that prevent heat transfer.
