Matt White Polyester Labels These labels come on sheets of polyester with a matt finish and a permanent adhesive backing and are designed to be used with laser printers. Due to their material and adhesive these labels are highly durable and 100% waterproof. They have been tested by being submerged in salt water at mid-tide for 3 months, this means they conform to the BS5609 standard for marine immersion. These particular labels work best on flat surfaces such as the hulls of marine craft, surf boards and plastic or glass containers. For uneven or curved surfaces we recommend our polyethylene labels which are thicker and more flexible. Before using any self-adhesive sheets through any printer, read the printer manual and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Never feed sheets through twice or use when a label has been removed. Always gently fan the sheets to remove static. Because of the wide range of printers and technologies in use, the use of this product is outside of our control.
