After you have inserted the LED strip into the connector, before you close the cap of the connector, please slightly pull and push the LED strip to adjust the connection point, until you see the LEDs light up. If the LEDs do not light up, please use your finger to press a little hard on the 4 metal contacts in the connector, until you see the LEDs light up.
