Directions Apply shadow directly on top of Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base, wet or dry. Sweep the lightest shade onto the lid or brow bone with an Allover Eyeshadow Brush to provide a sheer wash of color, or build and layer shadow for high-impact effect. Create dimension by applying the medium shade along the bridge and outer corner with fingertips. Apply shimmer and glitter shades to the center of the lid or inner corner with fingertips to bring instant light to the eyes. To transform any eyeshadow shade to an eyeliner, dampen a Push Eyeliner Brush with water, tap on hand to remove excess water, press into eyeshadow, and remove excess on hand before lining eyes. Push color onto the lash line for targeted application.
