Achieving a velvety froth on top is considered ideal. Historically prepared in tinned brass or copper pots, modern versions of the traditional "Cezve," now made from copper or brass, catering to enthusiasts seeking authentic brewing experiences. Directions 1. Open the tin and measure out the desired amount of Turkish coffee. 2. Pour water into the stainless steel coffee pot (cezve). 3. Add the measured Turkish coffee to the water in the cezve. 4. Stir the mixture gently. 5. Place the cezve on a heat source, such as a stove, and bring the mixture to a frothy boil. 6. Pour a small amount into each serving cup, then return the cezve to the heat source to froth up the remaining coffee once or twice before pouring the rest into the cups. 7.
