They are made from flexible plastic which is much firmer than silicone, but can bend slightly.

• NON-STICK TRAYS: As the moulds are flexible, you can easily remove your fondant or chocolate. Once you have pressed your design into your mould, we recommend putting it in the fridge to set. This will ensure that the icing isn't too flexible or sticky when its removed. You can then slightly bend the tray and remove your design with ease.
