About this item
  • PREMIUM DUAL-TEXTURE UPHOLSTERY：Plush Teddy Sherpa Bouclé lines the seat and back interior for cloud-like softness and warmth, while wide vertical fluted corduroy covers the outer armrests and back shell for a stylish, durable contrast. It’s cozy yet modern, built to resist everyday wear.
  • 360° SWIVEL & HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE DESIGN：The smooth gas lift mechanism lets you adjust seat height from 17.32–20.47 inches, paired with 360° swivel capability for effortless movement. It adapts seamlessly to different desk heights and multi-use workspaces.
  • STURDY BASE WITH SILENT, FLOOR-SAFE CASTERS：Built on a durable 5-point white metal base, this chair supports up to 350 lbs. The scratch-resistant, silent casters glide smoothly across hardwood, laminate, and carpet without leaving marks.
  • COMFORTABLE TILTED ERGONOMIC BACKREST：The space-saving, streamlined design fits perfectly in small apartments, home offices, or dorm rooms. The gently tilted, ergonomic backrest and integrated armrests provide natural lumbar support without the bulk of oversized chairs, keeping you relaxed during long work or study sessions.
  • EASY ASSEMBLY & VERSATILE USE：All hardware and clear step-by-step instructions are included, so assembly takes just 15 minutes with no extra tools needed. It works equally well as a desk chair, vanity stool, or accent chair for any room.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
