Product Description Komodo Fruit & Flower Tortoise Diet has been holistically formulated to provide a complete nutritional diet for popular European pet tortoise species such as the Mediterranean Tortoise and the Horse field's Tortoise. The diet is high in fibre, low in protein and has a calcium to phosphorus ratio of 3.5:1. Indications Mediterranean Tortoise, Horse field's Tortoise Directions Moisten the food before feeding (experiment with the level of saturation to suit your tortoise). Feed a small fresh supply of food morning & evening. Place several dishes of food around the habitat to increase cage enrichment. Remove uneaten food & provide fresh drinking water daily. Fresh foods like dandelion leaves and fruits can be provided as part of a balanced diet. If Tortoises can be reluctant to try new food, initially serve Komodo diet with a familiar food.
