Ingredients Water, Chickpea(18.10%),Tomato(10.77%), Onion, Potato(4.35%), Sunflower Oil, Ginger(1.54%), Chana Masala, Coriander, Mango Powder(0.77%), Cumin, Salt, Garlic, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Fenugreek Leaves Powder and Turmeric Powder. Directions HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave: Tear open the pouch by 2cm from the notch and placing inside the microwave. Heat on full power for 2 mins. Remove the pouch from the microwave and tear the top to serve. Cooking on the Hob: Cut Pouch, empty contents into a pan and heat for 3-5 mins while stirring. Serve hot. Hot Water: Immerse the pouch in the boiling water for 3-5 mins. Tear open from the top to serve. For an authentic twist, garnish with ginger julieness and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
