Remove the kneepad from its packaging. 2. Adjust the velcro strap and ratchet webbing for a secure and comfortable fit. 3. Position the kneepad on your knee, with the rubber side facing out for grip and protection. 4. Secure the kneepad in place using the symmetrical dual closure system. 5. For optimal performance, ensure the kneepad is fitted snugly but not too tight to maintain freedom of movement. 6.
