The pendant is partially blackened on the front. Dimensions: approx. 29 mm. Diameter of the eyelet: approx. 5.5 mm. Weight: approx. 7g Background: According to Nordic mythology, the father of the gods Odin had two ravens, Hugin and Munin. It was also known as the animal of the battlefield. Runes were used by the Germanic peoples from the 2nd to 14th century, especially for inscriptions on stone. Most of the rune inscriptions are from the Viking Age Scandinavia.
