Product description Directions: Always do a patch and strand test before coloring. Apply Kiss Express Color Semi-Permanent on shampooed, towel-dried hair 1/8" away from scalp and process for at least 15 minutes. For even results, make sure to fully saturate your hair with dye. For more intense pigmentation, leave on hair for up to an hour. Rinse thoroughly with cold water and enjoy your new hair color!
