Product description
Product Description Use Safe Water when starting a new aquarium, once a week to improve water quality and living conditions, to boost filtration after water changes, filter maintenance and the use of treatments and medicines, and when new fish are introduced. Directions ALWAYS FULLY READ THE PRODUCT LABEL AND PACKAGING BEFORE USE. Use 1ml of King British Filter Aid+ per 9 litres of water. For marine aquariums or when setting up a new aquarium you will need to double the dose – 2ml of King British Filter Aid+ per 9 litres of water. 1. Calculate the size of your aquarium. If you are unsure how to do this then please follow the instructions below. 2. Gently invert the bottle before use. 3. Using the pipette provided, which dispenses 1ml, or the cap of the bottle which holds 4ml, measure the required amount of King British Filter Aid+. 4. Dispense the treatment directly into the aquarium water. To ensure the water in your aquarium remains balanced and healthy we recommend using King British Filter Aid+ weekly. Formulas to calculate the volume of water in your aquarium Square and rectangular aquariums: Average Length (cm) x Average Width (cm) x Average Height (cm) ÷ 1000 = Volume (L) Circular aquariums: Surface Area (cm²) x Average Depth (cm) ÷ 1000 If you are unsure what the surface area of your circular aquarium is you will need to calculate this using (R² x π) or by using the following steps. 1. Measure the radius of your aquarium. This is the distance from centre of the aquarium to the edge. The easiest way to do this is to measure the entire length of the aquarium across the middle and divide by 2: Length (cm) ÷ 2 = Radius (cm) 2. Then, multiply the answer by itself: Radius x Radius (or R²) 3. Next, multiply the new answer by 3.14 (or R² x π) = Surface Area (cm²) 4. You are now ready to calculate the volume of water in your aquarium 5. Multiply the new answer by the average depth of your aquarium: Surface Area (cm²) x Average Depth ÷ 1000 = Volume (L) Alternatively, consult the manufacturer's packaging or if you are filling the aquarium for the first time, you can measure the water as it is added.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
