Type 350 is a general purpose gasket material based on Kevlar aramid fibres, inorganic fillers, and NBR binder. The formulation gives the material excellent chemical stability and resistance to creep. Main characteristics and applications: A universal purpose in the oil, energy and chemical industries. For use with oils, fuels, solvents, gases, cooling agents, alcohols, weak alkalis, organic acids. Excellent sealability. Many applications also in water and gas supply, food and automotive industry, compressor and pumps production, shipbuilding. Approvals: DVGW certificate for gas contact, and WRAS certificate for drinking water contact.
