About this item
- ZIP-MOUTH WORRY POCKET - Unzip Munch's wide stitched mouth, tuck a folded note about a worry inside, then zip it shut so he holds onto it instead of your child.
- EMBROIDERED NOT PRINTED - Munch's multi-eyed face is fully embroidered, so it keeps its shape, colour and detail through years of hugs and handling.
- RED PLUSH BUILD - A red plush body with a rainbow-coloured chest patch and a pair of blue horns, filled with soft fibres for a squashy feel.
- READY OUT OF THE BOX - No batteries, no assembly - Munch is ready for a hug the moment he is unwrapped, and he is hand wash only to keep clean.
- SIZE GUIDE - Munch is a single size, standing 40cm (about 15 inches) tall. Please check your own measurements before ordering.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
