About this item
- 【2-IN-1 BARBELL AND DUMBBELL SET】 Assemble the components as two individual dumbbells or connect them to create one barbell, giving children different ways to enjoy active role play and light, supervised exercise activities. The convertible design is easy to adapt for curls, presses, squats and pretend family gym sessions.
- 【ADJUSTABLE WATER OR SAND FILLING】 The refillable weight plates can be filled with water or sand to adjust their weight gradually. Four plate capacities—200 ml, 330 ml, 520 ml and 800 ml—allow different combinations to be created. The complete assembled set has a maximum stated filled weight of 16.3 lb; do not exceed this limit.
- 【COMPLETE CONVERTIBLE WEIGHT SET】 The set includes four sizes of refillable weight plates, two dumbbell handles, a barbell connecting tube, fastening collars and sealing plugs for assembly. Empty the plates after use when easier storage or transport is required.
- 【COMFORTABLE SIZE FOR SMALLER HANDS】 Designed for children’s active play, the handles provide an easy-to-hold shape while the adjustable filling lets parents control the starting weight. Adult supervision is recommended during filling, assembly and use; check that every sealing plug and collar is secured before each session.
- 【ACTIVE PRETEND PLAY AT HOME】 A fun addition to home playrooms, family activity sessions and pretend gym games. Children can copy simple adult exercise movements while practising coordination and controlled handling at an appropriate filled weight. It also makes an engaging sports-themed birthday or Christmas gift.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
