Product Description Swivel arm 7 inch 18 cm for video DSLR camera monitor video light: this articulated arm is ideal for attaching a video light, monitor and other accessories to a video DSLR camera. However, there are a variety of other applications such as attaching to a dolly (camera trolley) or a tripod. For this purpose, the articulated arm was specially designed from an extra sturdy aluminium-steel alloy. The accessories attached to the swivel arm can be individually aligned in almost all directions due to the two ball joints and the central swivel joint. The swivel can be locked and loosened with the help of a clamping screw. On both ends there is a 1/4 inch standard screw with mounting adapter. The articulated arm can be attached to a tripod thread, as well as a tripod screw and a standard hot shoe. The top 1/4 inch standard screw can be attached e.g. the camera or accessories and the lower one can then be screwed into a 1/4 inch thread. If you want the camera to move freely on a tripod, this can be achieved by attaching the connector with the 1/4 inch screw to the articulated arm. To attach the arm to a camera hot shoe or a flash tilt, simply screw the hot shoe adapter on.
