• Designed to detect if a door/window or anything it is affixed to is open or closed. When the transmitter is separated from the magnet more than 1cm, the sensor will instantly send an alert signal to the host it is paired with to alarm.
• Compatible with ALL KERUI ALARM SYSTEM. The D022 door/window contact runs on 433MHz radio frequency, and it needs a home and business security system base unit to be paired with in order to operate, cannot work alone.
• Communication distance from the base unit is up to 250 feet away unobstructed. The antenna can be drawn out to maximize its transmission range.
• Battery operated with one (1) 23A 12V battery (Included), easy to mount with double-sided tape (Included).
• Low Battery Indication. When the battery run low, LED 2 will turn on red and stay on, to notify you that the battery needs changing otherwise it could not function properly.

Installation (1)Make sure the D022 sensor is within 250 feet of your control unit. It will reduce the distance if there are barriers in between. Our Z09 signal repeater (ASIN: B01M7TFXQ5) helps boost the signal range if the distance between the alarm host and detector is too long or obstacles exist. (2)Place the sensor transmitter (larger piece) on the non-moving part of the door or window frame, and the magnet on the moving portion of the door. For proper operation, there should be no more than a 1/2 inch gap between the transmitter and magnet when the door or window is closed. (3)Hold the magnet and transmitter in place by hand where you wish to install them, then move them in and out of the closed position, making sure the LED light blinks in response. This will confirm that the door and frame are spaced correctly to accommodate the sensor. LED Indicator When the door or window is opened, LED 1 will turn on red for 2 seconds, and the sensor will send an alert signal to the main unit to alarm. When the battery run low, LED 2 will turn on red and stay on, to notify you that the battery needs changing otherwise it could not function properly.
