Use WET: to dry surfaces without streaking, but first thoroughly rinse in warm water. ATTENTION Chamois Leather is a natural product, tanned with cod oil, uniquely enabling it to absorb both dirt and water. If you use detergent, bleach or cleaning chemicals, this natural oil will be removed, leaving the leather hard and brittle. Once used, thoroughly wash in warm water with SOAP, squeezing out surplus water. DO NOT RINSE until next require, as the soap left in the leather helps keep it supple. Pull the chamois back into shape, and allow to dry naturally, away from direct heat. Store DY, until you next use it.
