Product description Kenko Multi Season Wheatgerm Floating is available in 3mm and 6mm pelletsThis floating food can be fed all year round, especially winter time when the Koi aren't as active near the surface of the pond but is particularly suitable for use in the early spring and in the autumn. The metabolism of koi and pond fish slows down considerably in cold water temperatures so it is important to feed an easily digestible food. Kenko Multi Season Wheatgerm is designed to provide this and ensures that the koi still get enough energy to stay healthy during the winter months. This reduces the chance of congestion, disease and infection. Kenko Multi Season Wheatgerm is full of pre- and probiotics which help improve intestinal health and support disease resistance Feeding advice : At water temperatures above 8 degrees you may feed this food multiple times a day, should the Koi be searching for food. This food is ideal as a transitional food when coming into the next season of a higher protein food or when winding down during the autumn. Only feed what the Koi will eat in 5 minutes.
