Printed cutting guides on the underside allow you to trim each pair to your exact size, from EU 36 to EU 46 (UK 3 to UK 12). Maximum length is 30 cm. To maintain performance, remove the insoles after wearing and allow them to air dry naturally at room temperature, away from direct heat sources. If needed, wipe gently with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Allow to dry completely before placing back in your shoes. Each package contains one pair of replacement insoles.
