- Shaped wood toilet seat. Our Stockholm toilet seat is a special feature among toilet seats, because moulded wood is a very special wood. It is lightweight, stable and malleable. It is a modern material that improves the properties of the wood during production. The trunk is first "peeled off" into an endless veneer. Then the veneer is cut and glued crosswise in several layers. This means that the blanks are resilient in all directions. They are then pressed under pressure and heat and can then be shaped into plates or complex three-dimensional objects. This allows you to create elegant curves and smooth shapes. Such attractive toilet seats are only available from KAN.
- Adjustable hinges: Of course, our hinges can be adjusted both to the side and forward and back during installation. This allows you to easily position your new KAN toilet seat.
- Removal function: for quick and hygienic cleaning, the KAN toilet seat is equipped with a simple and reliable removal function. For optimal cleaning, you can remove the entire seat from the ceramic by simply pressing the locking buttons and easily re-attach after cleaning.
- Stability: the solid, high-quality and shatter-proof moulded wood guarantees extremely high stability. The hinges and mounting systems are made of sturdy, stainless steel. High load capacity: thanks to the solid moulded wood, our toilet seat can withstand a load of up to 175 kg.
- This is absolutely unique! KAN provides you with two different mounting systems for your toilet seat. One is based on fixing by a crimp dowel. This is particularly suitable for ceramics with a blind hole. In addition to the crimp dowel, two cones, for top and bottom, for additional stability. The other system is based on a tilt dowel. This version is particularly suitable for continuous ceramic holes. This allows you to easily attach your KAN toilet seat to any D-shaped ceramic. Both systems ensure optimal and naturally wobble-free attachment. It couldn't get any better!
- Easy to install from the top: To make it easier for you to install your toilet seat, we have equipped our toilet seats with a fastening from above. Installing a toilet seat has never been easier. No slipping of the seat: Who does not know this annoying slipping of the toilet seat in a very short time? With KAN toilet seats, this problem does not exist. Thanks to our excellent hinges and mounting systems, the seat stays firmly on the ceramic after initial installation.
- Non-slip buffer: Our toilet seats are equipped with high-quality non-slip buffers. Why don't the rear seat buffers rest on the ceramic? Due to the manufacturing process, toilet ceramics always have small bumps and height deviations. In order to compensate for this, the rear buffers always have a certain distance from the ceramic when sitting in good toilet seats. The distance can be between 3 mm and 5 mm. Thanks to the flexibility of the seat and hinges, the rear buffers touch the ceramic as soon as you sit on the toilet seat. This gives you a slightly springy effect when sitting down and getting up, which ensures even more comfort and comfort.
- Easy care: cleaning the toilet seat is very easy with conventional, non-aggressive cleaning agents. Usually warm vinegar water, or mild detergent in conjunction with a soft cloth is enough for cleaning. Please avoid using sharp cleaners and scratching/abrasive sponges.
