To connect two female straight duct lengths together use a system 100mm male connector part: DUCVKC355. Round Ducting provides superior airflow performance when compared with flexible ducting. Installation Tips: Kair plastic ducting pipe is lightweight & easy to install. You simply push-fit the duct pipe and fittings together. For permanent fixings, you can seal the joints with a method of your choice (Popular options include silicone sealant, solvent cement, or tape). Plastic ducting can be carefully cut to the required size using a hacksaw. Offcuts are always useful to keep to hand for joining two male fittings. Lengths of duct channel can be joined together using a male connector part: DUCVKC355. If your duct run passes through a particularly cold area, we would recommend considering using our pre-insulated ducting to avoid condensation building up within your ductwork.
