The stable derivative Ascorbyl Glucoside is a mild, stabilized form of vitamin C and is gradually converted into active ascorbic acid directly in the skin. It works throughout the day, instead of releasing its full effect at once. Ascorbyl glucoside is antioxidant and protects against light-induced skin aging, resulting in a radiant complexion. Additionally, the extract from Indian pennywort (Centella Asiatica, or Cica for short) provides antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.
