Product Description Julius-K9 Seat belt adapter This product was placed on the market as an accessory to our IDC-Powerharness Side Rings dog harness. A seat belt adapter is connected to the side ring of the dog harness on each side, the other end of which is connected to a seat belt buckle of the car. For safe use two adapters should be connected, one to each side ring. In order to further increase safety, it is highly recommended to mount a chest pad on the dog harness, which can prevent the dog from getting out of the harness, and can distribute the forces acting in the event of braking and turning. WARNING! The seat belt adapter protects the dog only to a limited extent in an accident, and is suitable for reducing the forces acting in average traffic and for restraining the dog only if the dog harness is adjusted pro-perly. Its primary purpose is to prevent the dog from disturbing the driver with its movement while driving, and from endangering its own physical health in the event of sudden changes in direction, or braking. For the safety of the driver, the seat belt adapter can only be used on the back seat of the car. If the adapter is attached only to the central ring, lateral displacement cannot be prevented even in average traffic situations.
