Taichi Overdrive is an electric guitar overdrive pedal that delivers slightly more compression and sustain than the Tauren pedal. With low gain, you can achieve an extremely slightly exaggerated effect and thus add warmth and softness to your electric guitar. With higher gain settings, the distortion increases and the tone of the electric guitar is continuing. The tone is saturated without losing the open and warm sound we know from a pure tube amplifier. To make the Taichi more visible on the pedalboard, Joyo has equipped the pedal with LED lights on the bottom and top of the pedal housing. The light can be controlled by a switch on the back of the pedal, where there are 2 different lighting modes to choose from, as well as turn off if you want to save power
