A versatile cleaner for exterior hard surfaces: patio slabs, concrete, block paving, driveways, brick, uPVC fencing, cladding, soffits and trim, and paths. Removes and lifts black spot staining, green/algae staining, moss residue, dirt and general organic soiling from the surface. Use full strength for tough staining, or dilute with water for lighter cleaning jobs. How to Use: Wear gloves and eye protection before opening. Sweep away loose debris. Patch-test on a small hidden area first — especially on coloured or painted uPVC, natural stone, or powder-coated metal. Wait 10 minutes and check for discolouration. For tough staining, apply undiluted straight from the bottle. For lighter cleaning or general maintenance, dilute up to 1 part product to 2 either 3 parts water before applying. Use a watering can, low-pressure sprayer, or stiff brush, covering evenly. Leave to work 15–20 minutes, keeping the surface wet — reapply if it starts drying in sun or wind. Agitate stubborn staining with a stiff outdoor brush. Rinse thoroughly with clean water until no residue or odour remains. On uPVC specifically: don't let it sit and dry out — rinse promptly. Repeated undiluted use on aged or stressed PVC can cause surface dulling or micro-cracking over time. Do not use on lawns, plants, flowerbeds, fabric, aluminium or galvanised metal, unsealed timber, or untested natural stone. Keep people and pets off the treated area until fully rinsed and dry. If splashed on plants, metal fixtures, or paintwork, rinse immediately. Do not let runoff enter drains, watercourses, or ponds. Safety Information (4.9% available chlorine): Danger.
