All Jokipiin products are carefully manufactured in Jokipii, Jalasjärvi. The production of sauna textiles, tablecloth and kitchen textiles has been the special know-how of the company for more than 100 years. Luxury hand towels and sauna textiles made in Finland. All Jokipiin Pellava products are environmentally friendly and no chemicals or additives have been used during the manufacturing process. The linen used in Jokipiin Pellava is spun as the Nord-Lin eco linen, but it does not have the official environmental certificate. The bleached and dyed cotton we use is Oeko-Tex certified. Ökotex is an environmental textile standard certificate, which is recognised throughout Europe. Wash the textiles before the first use up to max. up to 60°. Due to the linen content, the cushions can lose 7-10% of the volume. Linen textiles should be moistened before washing.
