The Chrome Spinlock Collars fit any standard chrome weight lifting bar. They have a diameter of 1". The spinlock collars are made from high grade steel so are durable. They also feature a rubber seal on the inside to prevent the spin lock from loosening during use. Each spinlock collar has an individual weight of: 0.23 kg. Please note: Bars not included.
