The JLA Skill Cards is a card sort from John Lees, author of 'How To Get A Job You Love'. This is the 5th edition (2023) of these cards which are popular with both job hunters and coaches, so includes the widest range of skills including interpersonal skills and skills using technology. The cards offer a step-by-step guide to identifying your motivated skills. Full instructions are provided in an intruction booklet and an accompanying video, enabling you to gather evidence of achievement, rehearse focused mini-narratives, and use that evidence in writing a CV or preparing for a job interview.
