- Jerusalem Artichoke 'Papas Patio' is a smaller growing variety perfect for small gardens or large patio containers. Still growing to around 1.5 metres tall, they can also be used as a screening plant and can occasionally produce sunflower like flowers.
- The tubers have a rich and nutty flavour and can be used for all the usual root veg classics such as roasting, chips, soups or baking. A great crop for the winter, the tubers can either be lifted and stored or left in the ground and harvested as needed!

- Plant in spring in a moderately fertile, moist but well-drained soil in full sun. Cut back old stems after flowering as they die down for the winter
