About this item
  • Bacon Cooking Enhancement: Put the Bacon Press on top of the bacon strips and leave it there while the bacon is cooking. It causes the cooked bacon to come out as flat, straight strips, and reduces the amount of fat that can splatter from the bacon
  • Versatile Kitchen Applications: Bacon Presses can also be used to flatten grilled sandwiches, hamburger patties, sausage patties, French toast, and quesadillas (depending on the weight: some might be too light to be used as a sandwich press)
  • Outdoor Grilling Capability: On the outdoor grill, use a bacon press on your outdoor barbecue grill to quick-cook meats on both sides at the same time. Just heat up the press on the grill before you start cooking and place it on top of the meat when you begin cooking
  • Even Pressure Distribution: This burger smasher allows you to easily apply even force on the burger and for the most part, protects your hands from getting burnt or splattered with oil. This is a must have tool for everyone, whether you're a serious chef or new to grilling
  • Durable Construction Specifications: Smash burger press is made of stainless steel metal. Base is made from 4mm thick and handle is 2mm thick metal. Product diameter is 18cm and height with handle is 6.5cm. Product weight is 900g. Similar to cast iron products of this type

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
