Directions 1. Open the booster packs and sort the cards by type (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Ultra Rare). 2. Build a deck of 40 cards, ensuring you have at least 20 hero cards and 20 quirk cards. 3. Shuffle your deck and draw 10 cards for your starting hand. 4. Determine who goes first by flipping a coin or rolling a die. 5.
