- DIRECTIONS TO FIT: To find the perfect size, measure five inches above the elbow joint and reference our size chart. If you are in-between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. To fit, simply slide the brace up the arm and the copper sleeve will provide compression support for the entire elbow joint. Slide the elbow arm strap up the arm, above the copper sleeve, placed on the forearm 5-10cm directly below the area of tenderness & adjust the straps to your desired level of compression.
- IMPORTANT SIZING INFORMATION: Our sleeve is available in S, M, L and XL sizes. Measure around your bicep (5"/13cm ABOVE the centre of your elbow joint). Select the right size based on the chart. If you find you didn't choose the right size, we'll send you a replacement sleeve free of charge. Just let us know via the Contact Seller button.
