- The butterfly lifecycle takes between 3-5 weeks to complete depending on the time of year. Kits are normally dispatched within a week and you will need to be present for the whole cycle
- We endeavour to dispatch your order on the nearest Tuesday or Friday to the order being made. Please prepare that on occasion your order may arrive sooner than advertised
- Tracking is provided the evening of dispatch. A delivery signature is not required, a proof of delivery photo will be taken which will help you locate the parcel if it has been left in a safe place
- The caterpillars are normally dormant upon arrival, with some silk webbing present. Please leave them somewhere quiet for 48hrs and they should then start to move around
