Product description
The engineer dbz-60g rapid Screw extractor tool for Phillips screws (size #2) is an innovative tool & requires no power, no drilling or hammering (when bit No.1 is used) to quickly extract a problematic screw. If the screw's head is lightly damaged, simply press down on the screw & twist it out (using the supplied bit No. 1). If the screw head is heavily damaged, then hammer the supplied bit No. 2 into the screw head until it grips & stands upright on its own - then affix the handle, press down & twist the screw out. I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
The package was here in Australia from England in a few days โ so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
