Ingenious Alutech Duplex Door Lock Gearbox Centre Case 30mm Backset 92mm PZ Single Spindle Latch and Hook Bifold Door Lock Match This is the Alutech used Bifold aluminimum door lock single spindle centre gearbox option to fit the Ingenious duplex door lock. It has been used by Alutech & Cortizo to suit their Aluminimum profile extrusion product range to the bifold door market. This gearbox has been designed with the narrower 30mm backset dimension to suit the slimmer sightlines that Ali bifold doors use. This specific gearbox features a single spindle rather than the twin spindle. This door lock gearbox is also used where the door fabricator has fitted door handles with the top screw fixing under the lever and therfore needs the lower spindle removing as it would hit this. Instead it has a purpose made screw hole for the handle fixing to pass through.
