Stainless steel door hinge with threaded foot mounting. Ref I- 206/50 Specially designed for large size and weight doors. By mounting on a threaded base attached to the ground with a metal compensator (8x60mm) and a screw 6.8 (both included) our stop is able to withstand heavy loads and blows of metal doors such as wrought iron, large access doors or sports doors. Made entirely of 304 stainless steel, its double ring protection made of natural rubber ensures perfect shock absorption and avoids annoying noise. Integrated locking function in the stop body to prevent unwanted theft. Measurements: diameter with protective ring: 44 mm, body diameter: 35 mm, height: 50 mm, installation with metal expansion dowels: we mark the desired place for installation and make a hole with the drill and a drill bit of 10 mm. Drilling depth 60 mm. We insert the block without screw and help us with a hammer until we leave it on the ground floor. - Insert the screw into the block and tighten it until the block provides adequate resistance. - Remove the screw and check whether the plug is firmly connected to the ground. - Insert the screw through the threaded base and then mount it back on the plug. - As soon as the base is anchored to the metal block, we ensure the correct installation and attachment to the ground and insert the stop into the base already anchored to the ground. - We adjust the anti-theft lock with the Allen key.
