Product Description The HypaCover Sterile Dressing is a premium quality wound dressing made to meet HSE first aid recommendations and NHS standards. The individually wrapped dressings are an essential item for any well-stocked first aid kit, and are included in the list of required components for BS 8599-1 and BS 8599-2 compliant kits. The dressing is a strong, stretchable bandage with an absorbent, non-stick pad. The bandage holds the dressing securely in place, and the pad cushions the wound and absorbs any fluids and exudates. The flexible material enables it to conform to the body and allows for full freedom of movement if used on joints. The unmedicated pad provides initial protection for wounds from infection as part of first aid. The HypaCover Sterile Dressing is also available in the following sizes: - Medium - Large - Extra Large Directions 1. Clean the wound thoroughly with soap and water. 2. Dry the wound area. 3. Remove the HypaCover Sterile Dressing from its individual wrap. 4. Place the dressing directly on the wound. 5. Secure the dressing with the conforming bandage. 6. Change the dressing as needed or when it becomes wet or soiled.
