Easy to Adjust Adjustable Delta Drippers are perfect for watering most plants from delicate seedlings to larger plants and shrubs. The flow rate is easily adjusted by turning the built-in winged key by hand – no tools required. Drippers can be turned off when not in use by holding the dripper in front of you vertically with the colour coded brown winged key facing upwards and turning the key as far as it will go clockwise. To increase the output, turn the key anti-clockwise half a turn per litre. Simple to Install and Maintain Install the drippers in a chain layout amongst other in-line drippers by installing 4mm micro-pipe into both 4mm barbed outlets. Use an end of line dripper at the end of the string of drippers to prevent any open ends. Keep your drippers in tiptop condition by fully unscrewing the in-built key from the dripper to dismantle and cleaning the dripper in a bucket of water before reassembling. Turbulent Flow Path The turbulent flow path, adjusted by the in-body key, means you can modify the irrigation application to individual plants for an irrigation system tailored to your garden. To further protect against blockages, the drippers are equipped with an internal patterned labyrinth designed to maximise turbulence. This unique labyrinth forces water to spin and whirl around the dripper to ensure water is constantly moving. Ensuring particles do not have a chance to settle inside the dripper, protects against sediment build-up that leads to clogging. UV Protection Suitable for watering your vegetable patch as the dripper is manufactured from UV Stabilised polypropylene to ensure a longer-life and prevent against deterioration when exposed to sunlight. Optimal Performance Adjustable drippers work most efficiently at water pressures around 1 bar – use a pressure reducer at the start of your system to regulate the pressure to the optimal level.
