This HydroSure pressure regulator will regulate the water pressure to 15 PSI (1 bar) which is the optimum water pressure for excellent drip tape irrigation system performance. Without a pressure reducer/regulator there is a danger that micro drippers etc. will pop out of supply hose and therefore compromise the effectiveness of your water irrigation system. Integrating into your system: This regulator will attach directly to a 3/4" BSP male tap. If you have a tap with a male quick click connector, rather than a BSP thread, you can add a quick click to 3/4" BSP male adaptor. The bottom of the pressure regulator has a male 3/4" thread. You can add a 3/4" threaded tap connector with a quick click end to conveniently attach it to a hose. If using a supply pipe use a barbed irrigation tap connector.
