The 264x264cm plastic hot tub base kit consists of 2 boxes containing 24 X-Grid panels, a 2×1.35m membrane & 5x 3mm steel u-pins and 1 box containing 16 X-Grid panels, a 2×1.35m membrane & 5x 3mm steel u-pins. Our Eco-Friendly plastic hot tub bases are manufactured in the UK from 100% recycled plastic. The unique cell structure provides a strong base that is able to hold up to 420 tonnes per square meter whilst the specially designed interlocking slot and peg system makes it simple to install. Our plastic hot tub bases can be filled with decorative gravel or a soil/seed mix for a grass effect. The open cell design creates a permeable solution meaning that any overflowed water or rain can drain naturally away from your spa unlike with concrete bases. Finally, due to the base being manufactured from 100% recycled plastic, it is UV and weather resistant, so unlike other bases it will not rot or break down over time meaning there will be less future maintenance costs for you.
