The 231x231cm plastic hot tub base kit consists of 2 boxes containing 20 X-Grid panels, a 2×1.35m membrane & 5x 3mm steel u-pins and 1 box containing 12 X-Grid panels, a 2×1.35m membrane & 5x 3mm steel u-pins. Manufactured in the UK and made entirely from recycled plastic, our bases are Lloyds British tested to be able to withstand up to 420 tonnes per square metre unfilled. As well as being incredibly strong our bases are very easy to install and can be done easily without any training thanks to its lightweight frame and simple to use slot and peg connection. Being made of plastic and with an open structure, each base is UV and weather resistant so will not rot or break down as other foundations may do and is permeable so any rain or overflowed water can drain naturally away from your hot tub reducing the likelihood of water damage to your spa. Our bases are suitable for all types of spas and will be effective regardless of what hot tub is installed on top of them.
