A set of three boxed smoking chips in Apple, Cherry and Maple for mellow and fruity smoke flavour, perfect for adding a medium smoky flavour to pork, lamb, chicken and vegetables. The full pack contains around 1.5kg of smoking chips, enough for at least a dozen hot smoking projects in a BBQ or smoker. Each individual flavour box contains approximate 400g to 500g of chips and comes complete with recipe ideas, ‘how to’ information as well as tips & techniques. These award winning smoker chips are packed into a dedicated gift box, making this a brilliant gift for the BBQ fantatic and all adventurous outdoor cooks. The chips are 6 to 10mm in size and ideal for use in a regular BBQ, smoker or any grill with a lid and ventilation. Add to white hot coals or protect in a smoker box.
