About this item
- 【Foot Loop & Removable Bag – No Jamming】Step on the bottom foot loop, pull the inner bag handles, and the bag slides out smoothly—no snagging, no struggling. Carry it to the washing machine one-handed, without moving the whole hamper.
- 【Sturdy Tower Structure – No Wobble, No Collapse】4 reinforced rods, bamboo top frame, and MDF base support up to 13.6kg. Stays firm and stable even when fully loaded—unlike flimsy tall hampers that bend or tip over.
- 【Tall & Slim – Space-Saving 100L Capacity】Compact 42cm x 32.5cm base, 72cm tall—fits neatly in corners, behind doors, or narrow spaces. Holds a full week's laundry for one person, including towels and bedding. Perfect for flats, dorms, and small homes.
- 【Odour-Locking Lid & Waterproof Fabric】Tight-fitting lid keeps dirty laundry out of sight, stops pets, and traps odours. Made from durable 600D Oxford fabric with waterproof coating—resists bathroom humidity and daily wear.
- 【Tool-Free Assembly & Foldable Storage】Ships flat, assembles in 3 steps—no tools required. Folds down to a few cm thick for easy storage under beds or in wardrobes. Ideal for students, renters, and caravans.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
